Why BREAK-THROUGH®? Where can it be used? What are its main selling points? What are its limits?
1.Why BREAK-THROUGH®?
BREAK-THROUGH® is the result of Vanex's search for an O.E.M. water-based coating that would meet the V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Content) standards set by the "Clean Air Act" passed by Congress in 1977. This act set minimum national standards by which the individual states should be in compliance by 1983. While this compliance goal has not been met, it is an ongoing program that will be brought to compliance by the EPA on both state and national levels.
